The number of shares sold through Dale's entities that were not included with the SEC summary of his selling amounted to 522,637 shares, for a total of $8,928,247. These were all automatic sells of indirectly owned shares.

I doubt those entities are continuing to sell. The selling stopped on 8.12.21.

On 8.13.21, the company announced the resumption of the Controlled Equity Offering.

If the company is selling shares through Clinigen, there may be no need to sell any of the $67M worth of the remaining stock.

I think the initial plan to place newly-issued shares into restricted Cede share form, and distribute those shares into the beneficially-owned accounts of insiders, held by Black Horse as nominee, was brilliant. I hope that plan stays in place, if needed.
